Maybe this cover shot should be called, “Gone But Not Forgotten.”
In January, Kathy Halloran sent this photo of the 1985 GL1200 Aspencade that was her husband Dennis’ first Gold Wing. Kethy & Dennis, GWRRA #149039, of Plymouth, Wisconsin, spent many happy hours on the Wing before it was destroyed in a crash shortly after this photo was taken.
Kathy wrote, “Currently we are shopping for a new Gold Wing—and that is positive thinking for January in Wisconsin”!
Look for the Hallorans to be at Wing Ding in Madison, Wisconsin, in July this year on a new Gold Wing.
